It was wonderful working with John. This was our second time purchasing a home but our first time dealing with John. There were a few issues on the sellers side as well as with the title company. John kept us in the loop and up to speed with the issues as he helped to rectify them. It was very refreshing to feel that someone was truly "going to bat" for us. Even though NONE of the issues were, in anyway, John’s fault he still continually apologized for any inconvenience and promised to make it as painless as possible. Which he did. If my wife and I are ever in the market again our first call will be to John Arcana. Thanks again John for all that you did for us. (less)
